When will my order ship?
Please allow 2–3 weeks for shipping. Our products are made to order. Read our shipping policy for processing and delivery information.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information is sent when your order ships. If your order arrives in separate packages, each shipment may have its own tracking number. For help with tracking, email order support with your order number.
Will my item look exactly like the images?
Product images are mockups for illustration. The final product may vary slightly in fit, and the graphic may vary slightly in color, size, and placement.
Can I get a refund, return, or exchange?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing, fit, color preference, or a change of mind. Please check the product details and your size before ordering. See our refund policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and rights required by law.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email order support within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help resolve it. This reporting window does not limit rights required by law.
Can I change my order or shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested correction. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is submitted and cannot be made after production begins, except where required by law.
What if my package is delayed or missing?
Check your tracking updates. If it is marked delivered, check the delivery location and contact the carrier. If you still need help, email us with your order number and tracking details.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Qualifying US orders over $100 receive free standard shipping after discounts and before taxes. International duties and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
